DESCRIPTION
A family friendly home in a very private, upscale and secluded Lane Ranch community. Its decor is mountain lodge and it features radiant heat throughout the entire house in addition to the grand rock fireplace in the living room. This home is a great place to stay for guests with a large group that has children.

Features Description

Kitchen has gas cooking stove, bar area and is next to large mud room/laundry room. Also downstairs is the TV room which has 24" TV, DVD, CD stereo. Office has small desk, fax, and twin size pull out sofa sleeper. Patio in front of house has table, 4 chairs and a BBQ grill(not gas). Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, large soaking tub, shower, his/her vanities and a gas wood fireplace. The second bedroom has cowboy motif, twin log bunk beds. The third bedroom has a twin log bunk beds, darling little "bird house" armoire. Cute room! Fourth bedroom has a queen bed, 3/4 bath (no tub - just a shower). Kids playroom/loft has numerous couches and chairs - nothing that could be made into a bed suitable for adults - kids only in there!!!

Surrounding Description

Big lawn, plenty of room for kids to play. Empty field across the street. Home includes access to Lane Ranch Clubhouse which has pool, tennis, hot tub, community gas BBQ. Also access to Elkhorn amenities.
