This condo has the space and bedding of a three bedroom condominium at the price of a two bedroom!This spacious two story condo has views from its wall of windows just off the family room. Here you will also find two main floor bedrooms, which are at opposite ends of the condo, making it ideal for your privacy. Then as you head up the spiral stairs to the Loft, you will be taken back by this view as well. The Loft has vaulted ceilings, and is a great area for kids stocked with family fun games! The Master bedroom has a King size bed, window views, vaulted ceilings (including its own master bathroom) and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Included in the family room is a sleeper sofa. In the Loft there is sleeping for four with it's own private bathroom. You will surely be able to bring along the entire family and then some!Ultimately, this condo is a short walk across the street from the New Gondola taking you to Peak 8. Whether you Ski in Winter or Alpine Sled in Summer, the Gondola will take you to all the family fun that Peak 8 has to offer. You can also catch the Free Bus right outside the front door. During winter this will give you easy access to the slopes in the morning, with a short walk back from Sawmill Run to the condo after a long hard day on the slopes.The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked for all your needs. But if cooking isn't on your agenda, then you can enjoy the short one block walk to Main Street with an assortment of restaurants and pubs that are unique to our great mountain getaway. You are next to the shops and next to the slopes, therefore no car is necessary during your stay here since we are so centrally located. Your stay here also includes a cozy wood burning Fireplace (wood provided), and on-site Hot Tubs year round. During summer there is the outdoor heated pool along with an outdoor grill for barbecuing. You can take in a movie on the DVD player, also each bedroom includes it's own T.V. with connection to the the high speed Internet!Whether you are sipping a hot-cocoa by the fire enjoying the view, or having a glass of wine while sitting in the hot tub with friends. Our Family Friendly condo is very comfortable and we are confident you will want to stay with us! It doesn't get any better then this. This Ski Hill condo is perfect no matter what your intentions may be when coming to Breckenridge!

This condo is a short walk across the street from the New Gondola taking you to Peak 8. You can also catch the Free Bus right outside the front door.
