Playacar is a resort community connected to the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. The resort is on the beach and stone paved avenues with tropical landscaping. Playacar is a residential beachfront resort with a golf course and is adjacent to Playa del Carmen town.
Features DescriptionCasa Tlalolcan is a two level property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms are in the upper level and they are air conditioned. They feature ceiling fans and a wonderful ocean view. Master bedroom has one king size bed, a second bedroom features 2 double beds, and the third one offers 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a complete bathroom and two of them, a bath tub.
Surrounding DescriptionThere is a nice, large swimming pool at the back of the villa, where a furnished patio and a terrace are located. For you comfort, beach chairs surround the swimming pool and hammocks are provided to ensure more relaxation.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionPlaya del Carmen is very centrally located. It is a quick drive to Cancun as well as to the ruins of Tulum. Cozumel Island is a short ferry ride. The eco-waterpark, Xcaret, is only 5 miles away and the fantastic Xel-ha eco park about 35 miles from Playa del Carmen.
