There is so much to do and so little time, whether it be summer with flowers in bloom or snow falling and blowing, in all it is beautiful any season!

Features Description

It's a nice home nestled in the trees for added seclusion and wonderful views with a two car garage. This home has 4 bedroom plus a loft and 3.5 bathrooms. It has lots of windows to see the beauty that awaits you outside. The master bedroom has a king bed on the third level with its own full bath which includes a jetted tub. The bedroom on the second level has two queens with its own bath, the basement has a king and its own bath, and fourth bedroom just off the loft area has a full size futon, a twin roll away. There is a half bath also in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to make a family meal. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools near-by. The living area is nicely furnished with a gas log fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the winter months. There is satellite TV with a VCR built in. There is a ping-pong table in the garage with access through the house and a bbq.

Surrounding Description

This cabin is 7 miles North of Pagosa Springs on Highway 160 in the San Juan River Resort, mountain side. The cabin has wonderful views of the mountains and sits on a wooded lot with other cabins near-by. It has easy access to the highway, and is only 18 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. The San Juan River Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest.
