The entrance is located about a mile from the main entrance of the Smoky Mountain Dollywood Theme Park.

Additional conveniences included are a washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and a Jacuzzi tub. From one of the decks enjoy the magnificent view, hot tub, and rockers.
