Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, Biltmore Fashion Park, Camelback Corridor, Arcadia, Downtown Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. The home comes complete with views of Camelback Mountain and Praying Monk. Enjoy the views of Camelback Mountain and Praying Monk while relaxing in the pool or sitting next to the firepit with the soothing sounds of the flowing fountain in the backdrop.

Inside the home there is a family room with a big screen TV, DVD, Stereo with surround sound and a CD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV and a private shaded patio that winds around to the pool area. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, in-suite bathroom and a private exit to the pool area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to the large guest bathroom with his & hers sinks and a tub. The den is set up as an office but can also double as a guest bedroom. The den has a Double bed and desk with a Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Connection. The den doors and window open up to the front courtyard so you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the fountain and the fresh air. The resort style backyard is perfect for entertaining with a built in Wet Bar & BBQ, a large private heated swimming pool, a raised deck with a fountain and a gas fire pit.
