This large spectacular custom built home sits on the sand in the beautiful Pierpont Beach area of Ventura. The ocean, with waves perfect for surfing, boogie boarding, or swimming, are just steps from the front door. Enjoy the magnificent ocean views from your own private patio.
Features DescriptionLarge, gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, refrigerator, warming oven, and a temperature controlled wine cabinet, along with all the cabinet and marble counter space you could use, this kitchen looks out onto the beach, so you can watch the dolphins swim by as you are cooking. The formal dining room opens on to the patio at the side of the house. The patio also runs the length of the house on the ocean front. The spacious master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed has a large deck perfect for enjoying the view of Channel Islands or watching the sunset. Off the bedroom is a separate dressing area/bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. A separate large Jacuzzi tub has its own view of the beach. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. The living room equipped with satellite TV, DVD, and stereo has a fireplace and another great view of the ocean. The couch pulls out for additional sleeping space.
