DESCRIPTION
|
Our California vacation home is two 1,000 square foot units and comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing Lakemont Pines lake.
Each kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Unit A, Upstairs, sleeps 5 people and the master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR/DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, ceiling fan, television, VCR and DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The bathroom is a tub with a shower. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest if you’re really tall.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games, ceiling fan, boom box, books,wireless and dial up internet stereo and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Unit B, Downstairs, sleeps 6 people, the master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and VCR/DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The second bedroom has 4 single beds, television, VCR and DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room has a recliner, love seat and a double size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games,books,wireless and dial up internet stereo and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
Beautiful Bear Valley is 20 minutes away with additional hiking, mountain biking, snow mobiles, downhill skiing, ice skating and cross country skiing.
