This executive, lake view, 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, games room villa is situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort only 2 miles from Disney. You cannot get much nearer. Emerald Island is a gated community for your security and has a spectacular entrance with lakes and gold dolphin fountains.
Features DescriptionThe clubhouse has everything for your enjoyment, including a large pool, a fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, Tikki bar, children's play area, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There are also nature trails for jogging or hiking.The downstairs area of the villa has a large lounge and dining area and also a family room and large kitchen with all the amenities if you should wish to cook. The family room has a large TV with DVD/VCR. The kitchen and family room both open up onto the pool area that has a covered lanai if you should wish to hide from the sun and an extended pool deck if you should wish to lie in the sun. The views to the rear of the villa are unobstructed by any other villa and you look out over a lake towards a protected wetland area.The villa has two master bedrooms with king size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and a further two bedrooms with queen size beds, also with en-suite bathrooms. There are a further two twin bed rooms with a shared bathroom. There are TV's in all the bedrooms. To complete your enjoyment just in case you are not completely worn out by the latest theme park, there is a games room with a pool table, air hockey and a dart board.Amenities:-Air conditiong and heating throughout-Free International Calls-Kitchen - double fridge and freezer, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, utensils.-Laundry Room - washing machines and tumble drier, ironing board and iron.-Living Area - lounge, dining area, family room with TV and DVD/VCR, sofa sleeper for an extra 2 people-Pool Area - huge extended deck area, 30 x 15 pool, spill over jacuzzi, screened lanai, patio furniture, child safety fence-Game Room - pool, air hockey and dartsAdditional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
Surrounding DescriptionThe villa is located within 10-12 minutes drive from Disney, allowing you less driving time and more time at the parks! There are several large grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Publix, drug stores and restaurants all located within a short drive of the homes.
