It is fully air-conditioned with a substantial living area, a large kitchen and dining room with separate lounge and formal dining area. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults.

As you enter this prestigious subdivision you will be greeted with the gold dolphin fountains just before the amenity filled clubhouse. This resort has everything you could possibly desire: with the tennis and volleyball courts, community pool, Tiki Bar, a children's play area and nature trails for jogging or hiking. Its also got a fitness room, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi at your disposal along with a planned sundry shop and snack bar. All amenities are free to our guests. Fully equipped games room includes full size Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey.Amenities:Emerald Island is a resort style gated community. You and your family will be less than 3 miles from Disney. The Emerald Island clubhouse in the vibrant center of the community where you, your family and guests can enjoy all the facilities that Emerald has to offer free.  Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
