As you enter this lovely home, you will be impressed with the soaring 17feet high ceilings in the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions. There is an entertainment center with TV, DVD/VCR and new slimline playstation2 with games.
Features DescriptionThe tastefully furnished dinning room has upgraded table and 6 dinning chairs, and the nook has a further dining set with table and 4 chairs. From the nook there are sliding doors to the lanai. The kitchen has everything we think you will possibly need to have a great family meal. From wine glasses to dishwasher, from teaspoon to fridge/freezer with ice maker, with of course that most important coffee maker and teapot. There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.The ground floor master suite has an American king size bed and overlooks the west facing pool and spa. There is a TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving. The second master suite is up stairs and also overlooks the pool and spa, with a large fitted wardrobe, TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. En-suite has a full bathroom with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, TV’s and ceiling fans with fitted lamps. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which consists of full bathroom with shower over, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer. There is a second DVD and a portable radio/CD/MP3 player which can be moved from room to room. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor and has a large fitted wardrobe TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.Some amenities include a fully equipped garage/games room. large pool table, 7'6" air hockey table, 2 bicycles, badminton rackets, card table & chairs and board games.Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
Surrounding DescriptionDisney World is minutes away. Also close by is Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more. There are several large grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Publix, drug stores and restaurants all located within a short drive of the home.
