Features DescriptionThis 6 bedroomed villa which can sleep up to 14 people, attracts the sun continuously. With a 14ft x 30ft pool and spa (heating optional cost) with extended decking over looking the lake makes it very relaxing and invigorating to dine as the sun is setting using the built in outdoor kitchen. Our home and pool area is fitted with music surround sound speakers in every room and intercoms to allow music to played throughout the house and sleeping children to be monitored. This development is minutes away from Interstate 4 which means that you can reach the famous attractions within 20 minutes.Our villa is luxuriously furnished with all 6 sleeping rooms entering into en suite bathrooms, each room fitted with cable TV.-1 king size master room-2 queen bedrooms master room-1 full bedroom master room-1 twin disney themed bedroom-1 den room includes double sofa bedOn the ground floor as you enter our home is a large lounging area which is a relaxing section of our home, which consists of arm chairs and sofas for you to sit and chat and cocktail tables for drinks. (One sofa is a double bed for additional sleeping). The family room consists of a wide screen 42 inch TV and music system plus sofas and armchair. A dining area with its extended seating area and bar stools allows you all to dine together regardless of the size of your party. There is a fully equipped kitchen and telephones with free local and International calls.Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.
