A whole new experience of being home away from home! Our villa is located just south of Disney and situated within one of the highly rated PGA golf course of Southern Dunes. The villa has a heated swimming pool overlooking the fairway, you can enjoy the splendid and relaxing view of the fairway, as there is no wall, or villa behind us, to obstruct your view.
Features DescriptionOur villa offers luxury and comfort and is furnished to a high standard. It has a heated swimming pool overlooking the 4th fairway of the golf course. You will find everything you need in our villa to have a fantastic holiday, whether after a round of golf, a trip from the theme parks or sunbathing on the beach. We have a games area with Pool Table, Dart board, Sony PlayStation2 also High Speed Internet Access and Wireless with Computer & Printer, Garmin GPS V Sat Nav for your car as well as 2 Bicycles free for your use! Our villa is set in a very private location backing onto the 4th fairway of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is 20 minutes drive from Disney and 30 minutes drive from other major theme parks and famous International Drive. At the entrance of this gated community, you have a 24hr Wal-mart, Winn Dixie, bank, restaurants, gas station and a Blockbuster store, all of this are within walking distance from the villa. The living area is very spacious with two very comfortable sofas , the lounge is equipped with 31" Cable TV, DVD/CD and PS2. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need for eating in. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The washing machine and the dryer are located in the garage to provide minimum disturbance during your stay. There is a formal dining area which seats 6 and overlooks the pool and golf course view. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 25” Cable TV and telephone and overlooks the pool and golf course. The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share the second bathroom. bedroom two has twin beds and bedroom 3 has a queen size beds. The pool is very well equipped, you can have a dip in our heated swimming pool and let your children play with their beach balls and lilos. Better still just relax at the patio and enjoy the splendid and relaxing view of the fairway, as there is no wall, or villa behind us, to obstruct your view.
Surrounding DescriptionOur villa is located at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club which is a PGA rated golf course and is one of the top 100 golf courses in the USA and Ranked #6 in Florida in 'Golfweeks America's Best Course's You Can Play' March 2004 issue. Southern Dunes has 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, fishing lake and children's playground, all available for your use. The club house also boasts an excellent restaurant and a pro golf shop.
