DESCRIPTION
This plantation-style, two story home is located in the Princeville Resort Community on the North shore of Kauai . This home was just recently refurnished with all new bedding and furniture. The lower level floors are slate, the staircase to the upper level is Koa hardwood and the upstairs floors are Pergo-style light maple. It is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac residential street. If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $50.00 service charge and $40.00 reservation fee. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, the entire booking deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. All cancellations must be made in writing (email and fax are acceptable).

This home is incredibly landscaped and has a plantation style feel. It was designed with living space Lanai areas facing the majestic Hanalei mountain range, beautiful waterfalls Bali Hai ( Mount Makana ) views. The Hanalei Bay water view can be seen from the upstairs living area, kitchen, upstairs master and Lanai .

 The backyard is large. There is a wooden swing-set, room for volleyball / badminton net. The landscaping is superb. Princeville Makai golf course has 27 holes and tennis club are within walking distance. The Prince, 18 hole golf course was ranked #1 by Golf Digest. As a guest at this home you will receive a discount on your golf fees, just let them know you are a guest at Princeville.

 You have convenient access to shopping with a supermarket, gift shops, banks, ice cream parlor and more at the PrincevilleCenterjust a few minutes down the road.  Two of the islands most beautiful beaches, HanaleiBayand Anini beach, are just a short drive away.
