The warm, gentle Gulf waters make wading andswimming truly enjoyable.

Longboat Key is a quiet, lushly landscaped barrier island with no neon orfast food restaurants. It is considered to be one of the Gulf Coast's mostbeautiful and desirable communities.For those wanting to stayfit, a paved walking/biking/ jogging path set back from the road runs the lengthof Longboat Key, passing in front of our complex. Nearby there are also free,beautifully maintained public tennis courts overlooking the Bay. The CentralGulf Coast area is also known for its many golf courses, with an estimated 79courses in the vicinity.
