This 4 bedroom house has just been completely refinished inside and out – everything is brand new including lighting, furnishings, stainless steel appliances, TV’s/BlueRay, towel/ linens, and kitchenware. The 13 by 26 foot family / dining room has a new 50 inch plasma TV (including HD cable channels) with BlueRay as well as high speed internet. In addition to 4 bright and spacious bedrooms enjoy a family room/dining room, poolside reading room, new kitchen with granite counters and new cabinets ,large laundry room with full washer/dryer and ironing facilities, and a double garage. The Master bedroom has panoramic views of the pool and canal as well as TV/DVD and an ensuite master bath with custom cabinets with jacuzzi bath and glass multi-directional “rain-shower”.
Surrounding DescriptionThe covered lanai has over 500 square feet with a dining table under 3 ceiling fans adjacent to 1000 square feet of screened pool area including a 14 by 28 foot pool with new 115k BTU pool heater and a Jacuzzi “jet wall” for relaxing under the sun or stars. Another deck adjacent to the pool area enclosure offers a retreat outside under the palms – and yet another patio is located directly on the canal. The private dock has loads of lounge chair room and provides a view along the canal. The dock has a 10,000 pound boat lift if you want to cruise the miles of canals or take a quick trip to Sanibel Island just 5 miles from your dock by protected and scenic waters. The canal is populated by Snook, Mullet, Jackfish, Snapper and even manatee and dolphins are seen off the dock on occasion.
