This lovely tidy bungalow is situated across the main road from the beach. It features a large partially fenced grassy section with a small stream down one boundary, established trees and gardens with fern house & hydrangeas, large front lawn. The view from the deck is spectacular.
Features DescriptionThis bungalow features three bedrooms, two baths, 21” TV (receiving channels 1,2 & 3), video, DVD, portable mini system stereo with CD/Cassette player, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric jug, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor furniture and a large 3-burner gas BBQ. There is a double garage for parking and storage during your stay.
Surrounding DescriptionLocated approximately three kilometers from the main town center, this area deserves a mention in it's own right. The estuary flows out onto the more harbor-like beach and offers safe swimming for children. Many homes are set high on the hills up Centennial Drive that have spectacular views overlooking the beach, to Whitianga township and over to Shakespeare's Cliff and the other side of the harbor where Cooks Beach, Hahei and Cathedral Cove lay. This end of the beach is still close enough to enjoy the town’s amenities but far enough to be away from the hub. If you'd prefer to be within walking distance of the town with the shops and restaurants, look at the homes we have listed under Buffalo Beach, Whitianga destination.
