With just a 20-minute drive to the east coast surf beaches of Whangapoua and Matarangi - Coromandel Town has a lot to offer. This 2-year-old pole house is the first in a new subdivision on the hill overlooking the Coromandel harbor, Long Bay and Oamaru Bay. The house is spacious with a large north facing deck with bifold doors and windows that open out to all day sun and views. It is 2 minutes walk across the road and down some steps to the beach, and 4 kms to the town.

This holiday home features two bedrooms, one bath, TV with channels 1,2, & 3, portable, CD/Cassette player, an electric stove with gas hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, crock pot, rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, electric jug, standard cupboard storage, washing machine and dryer, outdoor furniture, gazebo and a gas BBQ. There is a double carport under the house for parking, boat parking on the road next to the house.

Coromandel Town is a quaint village renowned for its vibrant arts and crafts and gold mining history. This pioneering town has a range of shops including a variety of cafés and restaurants. The west coast of the peninsula has spectacular hill and coastal scenery and is known for its unique forest and bird life. There are mussel farms, museum and gold stamper battery, golf club, train rides, aero club, garden trail, art and craft galleries and has two popular summer festivals every year. Good fishing, swimming and boating and there are many walking tracks. Wyuna Bay has one of the best beaches on the west coast with safe swimming located at the end of its own little peninsula. Wyuna Bay Road is located about 3 kilometers from the center of Coromandel Town heading towards Long Beach, it is narrow and winding and has many superb homes that enjoy spectacular sea and bush views.
