Outdoor furniture includes a resin table and 4 chairs, 8 folding deck chairs and a large new gas barbecue.

Surrounding Description

Hahei is a most spectacular and popular white beach with a commercial center that includes shops, petrol, car repairs, takeaways and cafes. The walk to Cathedral Cove starts here as does the marine reserve. Coastal boat trips show off the spectacular coastline. The Hereheretaura Point at the south end of the beach was once a Maori Pa.

Nearby Attractions Description

A highlight of the region is Cathedral Cove, the much photographed and famous cave of the Coromandel. It is a 50 minute coastal walk from Hahei with panoramic clifftop views. The white cliffs, beaches, turquoise sea, odd shaped Te Hoho rock and the cathedral shaped cavern combine to create a spectacular stretch of coast.
