This home is located on top of a hill within extensive gardens, offers total privacy, seclusion and panoramic views out to sea. Located one kilometer up the hill from Eggcentric CafĂ© and within 5 minute car ride from four beaches and Ferry Landing. Ideal for two couples wanting a quiet get-a-way break, not considered suitable for children. The driveway up to the house is quite steep and rough with potholes but once at the top you’ll feel in a different world.
Features DescriptionThis holiday home features two bedrooms, two baths, a TV, stereo with CD and cassette, a “Kent” styled fireplace, the kettle and toaster sits on a gas hob, a gas fridge/freezer, blender, coffee plunger and washing machine. The outdoors offers a tranquil garden setting, the vegetable garden and fruit are available for your picking. Owner would appreciate it if the gardens could be watered when necessary. There are wooden seats on deck and around BBQ area. The BBQ is wood burning (not gas). The outdoor bath also heated by fire sounds romantic.
Surrounding DescriptionThere are lovely walks in this area, a 30 minute walk over to Lonely Bay and a 1 hour round trip to Shakespeare's Cliff. The Eggcentric Café is just down the road.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionSwimming, diving, boating, fishing, surfing, kayaking, boogie-boarding, windsurfing, horse riding, golf, tennis and bush walks are just some of activities you could enjoy.
