DESCRIPTION
A 70's style bach, 2 storied, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is situated on a large flat grassy section in a quiet cul de sac and just 1 minute across the road to the beach. It is north facing, and has a peep of the sea from the upper deck between the two houses opposite.

Features Description

The master bedroom upstairs has a old style oak double bed, a wooden dresser and mirror, a cane side table, large double wardrobe, cotton drapes and assorted books and games. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs, one is furnished with a old style double bed with fitted headboard and side tables, a chest of drawers, single open wardrobe and cotton blinds, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, side tables, a chest of drawers and cotton curtains. Both of these downstairs rooms have lovely views into the garden. All of the bedrooms are carpeted. Downstairs there is also a small living area with 2-seater couch, 2 armchairs and 2 yellow woven plastic side chairs, and vinyl covering on the floor. The laundry is downstairs and has a washing machine, small bar fridge, iron and ironing board.

Surrounding Description

The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. 

Nearby Attractions Description

There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families.
