DESCRIPTION
|
This is a new architecturally designed beach house just over a minutes walk to the beach and is situated on a full size flat section in a quiet cul de sac at the Eastern end of Matarangi Beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and expansive decking and is simply yet tastefully decorated to give a nice relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Features DescriptionThe master bedroom upstairs has a deck with sea views which is accessed through ranch sliders and this room is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside tables, 2 chairs, and walk in wardrobe. The bathroom upstairs has a shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs also is a large mezzanine Rumpus/Games room. The second and third bedrooms downstairs have 2 single beds each, built in wardrobes and one has a set of drawers and a bookcase. All bedrooms have polished particleboard floors and roman blinds.
Surrounding DescriptionThe largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThere are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip. A significant feature of Matarangi is the picturesque 18 hole golf course, club house with bar and restaurant.
