DESCRIPTION
A fully self-contained 2 storied two-bedroom compact beach front apartment with magnificent views across Mercury Bay. A short stroll across the road to the beach and a good 20 minutes walk into town. Aqua Soleil is a fully managed complex consisting of 50 modern apartments. Two car parks per unit and one lock up along with a heated swimming pool and spa.

Features Description

The apartment has gib painted walls, fabric drapes over the windows and wooden flooring through the dining, kitchen and lounge area downstairs, with carpet on the stairs and in the upstairs bedroom area. The bedrooms are located upstairs; the master bedroom has a ranch slider on to the upstairs deck area with an outdoor table and chair set to enjoy the commanding views over Mercury Bay. The room has a queen size bed, bedside tables, fabric drapes and large wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds, a drawer dresser, one set of shelves and fabric curtains.

Surrounding Description

The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.  

Nearby Attractions Description

There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip.
