DESCRIPTION
A spacious 3 bedroom Initial home, with a caravan and awning as additional accommodation. The house has good indoor/ outdoor living areas, quality furnishings, One stand alone shower, bath and separate toilet. The house is fully carpeted throughout and features wooden interior walls, two big window seats, medium sized deck and a great flat section at the back of the house and there is plenty of parking at the front of the house.

Features Description

The master bedroom has a queen sized, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, alarm clock, mirror, hair dryer and fabric drapes and ranch slider out to the deck. The second bedroom has a set of quality single metal framed bunks and a standard size wooden cot (bring own bedding), single wardrobe, mirror and fabric drapes. The third bedroom has a set of metal framed duo bunks - double on the bottom and single on top, bedside table, lamp and. alarm clock, built in wardrobe and a small bookcase. The open plan lounge/ dining area has 2 window seats, rugs on the floors and quality artwork on the walls. In the lounge area there is a television, DVD player and a stereo. There is a 3 seater and a 2 seater couch and two armchairs, foot stool and ottoman, coffee table, bookcase and a gas heater. The dining area has a wrought iron frame/wood top rectangle and six wrought iron, fabric covered chairs, a high chair, a dresser, a 2 seater wooden futon couch (which may be pulled out to a double bed) and another small sitting area consisting of 4 cane chairs with cushions and a coffee table.

The house is located close to Kennedy Park with a 10 minute walk to either the harbor or surf beaches.

Nearby Attractions Description

There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip. A significant feature of Matarangi is the picturesque 18 hole golf course, club house with bar and restaurant.
