The house is fully carpeted and has roller blinds on the windows. The master has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, a walk in wardrobe and bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables and the third has two single bed with bedside tables. The open plan lounge/ dining area ranch sliders opening out to the deck, there is a television with sky satellite facility, but you will need to bring your own decoder, there is a video, stereo in sound system, two 3 seater leather couches and two armchairs, side table and coffee table. There is an electric heater for any cooler evenings. The dining area has a tiled floor, a breakfast bar, a medium sized rectangular, wooden dining table and four wooden framed leather covered chairs.

Surrounding Description

The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5Kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.

Nearby Attractions Description

There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip. A significant feature of Matarangi is the picturesque 18 hole golf course, club house with bar and restaurant.
