A two story, 3 bedroom home with 180 degree views toward Pauanui Beach, overlooking the Tairua estuary with extended views to the ocean. Located within a one minute walk to The Cow Shed Restaurant & Bar, 6 minute walk to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and 10-15 minute walk to beaches.
Features DescriptionThe open plan lounge/ dining areas enjoy the extensive views with a ranchslider leading out onto the deck. The dining area has a rectangular wooden table with wooden framed, fabric covered chairs. The decking runs the full frontage of the house upstairs with extensive seaviews, there is an outdoor table with chairs, a 3 burner gas barbeque and a sun umbrella.
Surrounding DescriptionAmenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families.
