Features DescriptionThis two bedroom penthouse unit with vaulted ceilings gives you the feeling of having no one else around. The rooms are bright, the ceilings are tall and the rooms are large and elegant. Both bedrooms and their two attached baths that feels more like two master bedroom suites. In each bedroom, you will relax in a huge King-sized bed with a television connected to cable and access to a DVD as well as a beautiful soothing stereo. Each bedroom also has a single futon chair. The bathrooms have elegant showers and large soaking tubs. One of the bedrooms has a small mini bar to enjoy your own private drinks. The family room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. That's enough sleeping areas for 8 adults and/or children. The gourmet kitchen is beautiful and contains all your basic utensils and cookware. If that's not enough, open the retractable sliding mahogany and glass doors so you can grill and serve your meals outside on the fantastic lanai while you enjoy the mountains or look out to the beautiful ocean. The villa also includes a full washer and dryer at your disposal so you don't have to pack so much because you can just was a load or two. You also have access to a concierge and activity planner that will help you with reserving activities or making dinner reservations.
Surrounding DescriptionThese Multimillion dollar villas are located in the classy, luxurious Kolea Resort set in the beautiful Waikoloa are on the Big Island of Hawaii between the Hilton and the Marriott Resorts. This development is the only personal property with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. As you walk along the beach at dusk, you have to see the huge wild sea turtles (that are protected) and see them crawl onto the beach to rest as you walk by. You won't see that just anywhere! And that's all without having to drive anywhere! The infinity and sand bottom kids pool and the terrific fitness center is located at the Kolea Beach Club.
