OCEANFRONT, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautiful corner condo, about 20 - 25 minutes north of downtown San Diego. WALK TO DEL MAR TRACK. Incredible ocean views and sunsets. Private corner unit with whitewater view far up the coast. Very quiet gated complex with pool, spa and lighted tennis courts. Gated underground parking .
The living room is spacious with large windows and deck door overlooking the ocean. It has a fireplace, sofa, large chair and leather recliner, LCD TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and TV and has a deck door overlooking the ocean with a large master bath with two sinks, oversize oval tub and separate oversize tile shower and lavatory, the 2nd BR has 2 single beds and a standard bathroom with tub/shower.
All linens, dishes, silverware and cooking items are supplied. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. With the deck doors open you can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze. Very private and secure gated complex on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It's walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants shops and art galleries.
