This is a Gorgeous 7 year old Victorian replica Mansion located on the Buena Vista Lagoon in Carlsbad California and over looking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. It has 4 bedrooms and 2/5 baths. There is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath Granny flat that is available for $1,000.00 per week when rented with main house). We just installed a 55" flat screen HD TV with Blu Ray and some leather chairs and couches so this is a now a great Entertainment Room for large families who rent both the main house and the granny flat. This home is extremely private, while being centrally located at the same time. Carlsbad's great beaches, local attractions, world class resorts, shopping, restaurants, and night life, set the standard for an ultimate vacation destination. Only 30 minutes north of downtown San Diego, 90 minutes south of Los Angeles, and 1 1/2 hours from either the mountains or the desert... you could not ask for a more perfect location!
This home is completely furnished with high end antiques, all linens, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and dine. The Granny Flat can sleep 7 very easily and it has it's own full bathroom and kitchen, also stocked with everything you could need. There is a small fenced in yard down the back stairs from the Granny Flat that is perfect for small dogs, or little children.
There is a really nice park within walking distance that has trails that lead right to the mall :)
