All you have to do is unpack your suitcase to enjoy this lovely quiet country duplex only 30 mins from Panama City across the Panama Canal going to the beaches. Access to both bridges across the canal on new four lane highway. Beaches only 30 mins aways. Each unit is 700 sq. ft. Two story, one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, fully furnished, equipped kitchen, balcony and terrace, all utilities paid. Double sofa bed in living room area. A double bed can be added to the bedroom area. Parking and laundry facility included. Each unit $1000 monthly or $350 weekly.
Easy access to local shopping for daily needs at El Rey Supermarket, Machatazo, banks, and more. Small convenience store "Rambo" a few minutes down the road. Bus and taxi transportation available on the main road outside the driveway. One of the larger towns outside of Panama City, Chorrera is 10-15 mins away with more shopping and local culture.
Wireless Internet(2Mega) Kitchen: Microwave, Toaster oven, Coffee Maker, Dishes and Silverware for four, Pots & Pans, Gas Stove, Refrigerator. Bedroom: Queen bed, Linens, A/C, Towels. Many ceiling fans. Great cross ventilation, window screens. Good cell phone reception. Local TV. Long term renter could install Direct TV. Many butterflies, birds, a couple sloths and a few small monkeys call this 3 acres home.Most evenings are comfortable without A/C. Each unit is separately alarm equipped and outside security lighting. Access to property has gate for security. Balconies and terraces face the main garden. The Chorrera Ex-pat group includes U.S., Canadian, Scottish, and Russian and get together for dinner and to share information. All are welcome to attend.

Ideal location for someone needing a place while looking for a permanent home. Owners live in the main house located on the property. This American couple would be happy to share information and experiences gathered over the 4 years they have lived in Panama enjoying their retirement.
