Beautifully designed boutique style property with high ceilings on the 1st floor and great cross ventilation, located in front of the beach with the best view of the property, which allows for breathtaking views while enjoying the ocean breezes and sounds.Professionally decorated by Pottery Barn and with A/C in the whole apartment. On the 1st floor we have the entrance, kitchen, dinner room, family room, balcony and a full bathroom for visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and granite marble top, dinner room has a dinner table for 6, family room has a chair and two sofas, one of then is a queen sofa bed for 2 persons and the balcony has small living and dining sets.The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and each one has a bathroom; both bedrooms with queen size beds and armchair to enjoy reading a book with the sound of the ocean or just be relaxed. Master bathroom with Jacuzzi and independent shower cabin with massage jets. Both bedrooms have big closet, dresser and area carpet; laundry room with washer and dryer.
