This brand new (2004) beautiful, fully air-conditioned private residential home is located in Phase II on the 5th hole of Playacar Golf Course, a private gated community in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Enjoy a 70 foot stretch of privacy lush wooded area between your backyard and the 5th hole fairway or enjoy a swim in the refreshing swimming pool.
Its a 5 minute walk to Playa del Carmen, or a 10 minute walk to The Reef, a beautiful resort in which you have free access to a private white sand beach! You'll be surrounded by lush tropical flowers, and nearby, visit a bird aviary and Mayan ruins located in Playacar!
A new, private 10,000 square foot spa (which you can access for extra cost) is across the 5th hole fairway for your massage-after-golf delight.
The first level consists of a brand new fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area, laundry room with washer/dryer, a full bath, and living area with your own private bar for sipping those well-deserved Margaritas at the Margaritaville Bar.
The Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own full private terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed with small balcony, and the third bunk beds also with a private terrace. The two back bedrooms overlook the wooded canopy that separates the 5th hole fairway from the house. There is also a futon in the upstairs foyer that sleeps 2 guests.
At Casa que Canta (named for the guitar played while the owners are there), you will enjoy your active, adventurous vacation, or a tranquil and relaxing one - whichever you prefer!
