Beautifully appointed 2000 square foot home, built in 1905, Remodelled to include two spacious bedroom suites, each with it's own custom bath, sitting room, wood stove, private entrance and deck.
The great room has a baby grand piano, wood burning stove,
dining area for 6, daybeds for extra guests. All rooms overlook the coastal mountains and the river. Outdoor
dining on a large deck.
Property includes a formal Franch garden and ampleout door seating. Artist's View and Painter's Dream is located in the quaint village of Jenner and is within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean and the Russian River.
Proximity to Russian River wineries and fine dining in Sonoma County. Recreational opportunities include hiking in the vast California State Parks system along the Pacific Coast, kayaking, canoeing, diving, fishing, biking and beachcombing.
Note: The entire property sleeps 6 maximum, but the top portion (Artist's View only) can be rented for couples. In that case the downstairs suite (Painter's Dream)will be made unavailable. In either case, there will only be one party on the property.
