Enjoy the best beach in Los Angeles in style in this beauty. Wake up for a morning surf/swim at the beach and stroll to lunch at the Hermosa Beach pier.
Spacious, newly furnished and decorated Home. Roof Deck has furniture and ocean view.
The first floor entrance opens to a tiled hallway with a laundry room with washer/dryer and separate laundry sink. The first bedroom opens off the hallway and includes a trundle bed. Continuing down the hallway leads to a spacious bedroom with queen bed and overstuffed love seat. There is a 32" flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. An attached bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, a separate glass shower, 2 sinks, separate toilet room and large windows for lots of light.
At the top of the stairs there is a formal dining area with table for 6. Wood floors flow into the living room and kitchen. The Ocean View living room includes high ceilings, lots of light, 42" flat screen tv with cable access and separate speakers. There is a couch and love seat that face the gas fireplace and TV. Off the living room is a balcony with an ocean view. There is a kitchen nook table and chairs for 4 at the entrance to the tiled kitchen. Gas Stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor. Additionaly there is a rice cooker, toaster and lots of spices. Past the dining area is a half bath and then the master bedroom with king bed, desk and chair, walk-in closet, 32" flat screen tv. The attached bathroom has a skylight and large windows above the jacuzzi tub. There are 2 sinks and a separate glass shower. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and possibly a third on the street in front of the driveway. There are beds for 6 with possible 7-8 persons on airbed.
15 min LAX, Disneyland 45 min, Hollywood 30 min and The Beach just a few minutes. Manhatttan Beach 5 min.
