Imagine spending your next mountain vacation in a luxurious home with the best views in Maggie Valley, the comforts of home, with lovely furnishings, many amenities, and easy access to everything. The Wrens' Nest is a new 3500 square foot home and it is stunning, inside and out.
With 4 bedrooms + a bonus "dorm" room and 4 baths, The Wrens' Nest can sleep 12! The living-dining-kitchen area, separate game room, two open decks, and a large screened porch insure that there is plenty of space for everyone!
The Wrens Nest sits on a high ridge above Maggie Valley, 2 miles above Ghost Town and 2 miles below the Cataloochee Ski Area. The driveway is level, so you can drive into the garage and walk into the house without carrying luggage and groceries up a flight of stairs. The main living area consists of a spacious living-dining-kitchen space, master suite, office, laundry/mud room, deck, and covered porch. The living area boasts 25 foot wood ceilings, walnut floors, fabulous galley kitchen with a huge granite island, wood burning fireplace, bar, and long mountain views from every window. The master suite is a peaceful retreat. The bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, large LCD TV and DVD player and splendid views of the mountains.
Just outside is a 2-3 person hot tub! The master bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, double vanity, TV, and best of all...heated floors!
The decks on the main level greatly expand the living space, especially in summer and fall. We have a grilling deck with two grills, one gas and one charcoal, plus a large covered porch with cozy rockers and dining table, and the spacious rear deck with lots of seating, views, and the hot tub!
On the lower level is a spacious game room with large flat screen TV, game table, wet bar, and lots of comfy seating. Three additional bedrooms, includinga super bunk room, and 2 baths complete this level. Two bedrooms and the game room open onto a long covered porch and the mountain views beyond!
