|
This magnificent villa, Casa Romero, is the centerpiece of the only private complex on the Riviera Maya and offers spectacular views of the Yal Ku lagoon, the ocean and the surrounding area.
The villa has three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of eight. The large ground floor bedroom comes with a king-size bed and private patio overlooking the lagoon. The second floor master bedroom commands stunning lagoon views and features king-size bed, private reading area and simply amazing bathroom with carrera marble. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a double bed. It shares similar lagoon views and boasts a private terrace as well. All of the bedrooms look over the lagoon and have their own air conditioning.
The villa features large common areas including the living room, outdoor patio, infinity pool, dining room and a "cooks" kitchen.
The living room features two-story high ceilings, lots of windows overlooking the lagoon, and comfortable sitting areas. There is a big screen TV with DVD and satellite (US content) for your entertainment. You can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi Internet access. The free VOIP telephone provides you with unlimited telephone calls to the US, Canada, Mexico, and 60 other countries. With a US telephone number, it is also easy for friends and family to call you.
The covered outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax during the day and get together with family and friends in the evening. Adjacent to the pool, the patio commands a panoramic view of the lagoon.
Speaking of the pool, the magnificent infinity pool features cascading waterfalls which provide a soothing background sound. It also has several wide ledges for sitting which are perfect for small children.
If you have multiple units, here is the place where everyone can congregate and be together!
The complex has two private entrances to magnificent snorkeling in Yal Ku lagoon. Since there are no waves, it offers perfect snorkeling for both experienced and novice snorkelers. We stronly recommend using vests when snorkeling and provide vests in a variety of sizes from infant up.
Unique to all of Akumal, Casa Romero has a high tower observation balcony with simply amazing panoramic views. Listen to the ocean and enjoy the
cool breeze (it also has a small refrigerator to keep your beverages cool).
While many guests just choose to kick back and relax, there are many attractions nearby including Mayan ruins, shopping, entertainment parks, horseback riding, golf, jungle tours and much more. Akumal was founded by dives and you have your choice of magnificent diving, from training and an initial dive the first day, to a private dive with a great dive master.
