There is a small breakfast nook just off the kitchen, one bathroom upstairs in living area. All rooms on first floor have doors opening to the front veranda. First floor offers one king bedroom with private full bath and one double bedroom with sleeping area for a child and separate full bathroom; all with screened windows. The large tastefully decorated living room has large open air doors to the garden and front terrace. Covered parking, outdoor shower, new ceiling fans throughout the house.Architecturally designed for comfort with style, this new home offers ocean views as well as the mountains off to the distance. Clean air, ocean, and solitude.Beach chairs and beach towels. Internet and satellite TV/DVD player, Home Theater System has cable for iPod. Note: As we are a short drive from town, a car will be needed, there are car rentals in Puerto. And we suggest Hertz at Huatulco for a better price, 1 hour drive.
