Villa Balboa is a sophisticated new oceanfront showplace on Puerto Vallarta's famous Gold Coast; Playa los Venados. Puerto Vallarta's renowned open air architecture and native art works combined with contemporary interior design create an ambiance of warmth and hospitality ranking this home a most desirable seaside vacation destination. Glass enclosures ensure air conditioned comfort throughout and afford unobstructed city views as well as vistas over the expanse of beautiful Banderas Bay. An elevator connects the multi-levels. The elegant dining room invites up to 12 guests around the large dining table. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.Two master suites have oceanfront terraces, a private en suite bath and Jacuzzi as well as a service bar. They each have a king size bed. Four additional guest bedrooms; two with queen beds and two with two twin beds each; all have en suite baths. The seventh guest bedroom with a hide-a-bed is ideal for younger guests. A one-bedroom Tea-garden suite with private entrance has a double hide-a-bed and private bath and can be added as an 8th bedroom. It has a full kitchen. Set in a tropical garden with Koi ponds, a multi-level fountain artfully portrays the properties many generations gone before. The heated infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious deck with comfortable lounges to enjoy full sunshine all day. Private Cinema seating up to 20 guests. Fully equipped gym offers treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, mats for Pilates and yoga. Dance Floor. Safe box. Wireless Internet. Vonage. Full staff services include: chef, houseman, maids, security, Concierge, except Sundays. Local Spa services available to come to the villa. No children.
