Welcome! Our vacation condo is located unlike any other! It is located in the Upstate of South Carolina on Lake Hartwell and at the foothills for the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from Clemson University. It is also located 30 Minutes from Greenville, 2 hours from Atlanta, 2 hours from Charlotte and is within walking distance to many favorite restaurants, shops and movie theaters. We offer a fully furnished condo, fabulous accommodations, all within a safe and beautiful area.Our Condo has 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a deck with a great view of woods and the lake. We have central air conditioning and heating with digital thermostats to help keep you as comfortable as you can be. All furnishings were purchased brand new in May of 2009. We have a 32" tv with cable, DVD with Surround Sound, and a washer/dryer set in the laundry room. There are also DVD's, books, board games, and decks of cards available for you to use. Our complex offers some of the best amenities possible. We have a club house that has a great work out room, a pool table, commons area with kitchen, a lounge area with a super sized TV and surround sound. Behind the club house is a gorgeous pool with a great deck with tables and lounge chairs to allow you to be able to work on your tan.On the backside of our condo is a pathway to our dock on Lake Hartwell. "Formed by a Corps of Engineers dam at Hartwell, Georgia and bisected by Interstate 85 as it crosses from Georgia into South Carolina...Lake Hartwell's 962 miles of shoreline and 56,000 acres feature over 80 public boat launches, recreation, and park areas with some of the best boating, water-skiing, and fishing in Georgia or South Carolina... FISH for one of Lake Hartwell's 50+ pound Striped Bass, or just relax on a quiet island or one of many natural sand beaches."
