The dining area is open to the kitchen with seating for ten and breathtaking ocean views. The ocean view living area is furnished with a leather sectional sofa, couch, large chair, large screen TV, VCR, and DVD player. A half bath is located off the kitchen and laundry room is off the entry way. A king bedroom has a TV and private bath with glass shower and separate jacuzzi tub. Seventeen steps lead to the second floor. To the left of the stairs is a bedroom with two queen beds, TV, and private bathroom with tub/ shower combination. Across the hall is a king bedroom with TV and private bathroom with tub/shower combination. A second laundry room down the hall has a stackable washer and dryer. The oceanview master bedroom has a king bed, large table for four, sitting area with a couch, chair, TV, and CD player. The private balcony provides a wonderful ocean view. The large bathroom has a glass shower and separate jacuzzi tub. Sixteen steps lead to the third floor. To the left is a bedroom with two king beds, TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Down the hall is the sixth bedroom with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A second living room has three large couches, two chairs, dining table for four overlooking the ocean, large screen TV, CD player, and decorative fireplace. A kitchen is provided for guests use, so one can enjoy a meal without having to use the kitchen on the first floor. The back deck area has two chairs and fifteen steps lead down to the pool area. Five lounge chairs, a dining table for six, and gas grill are provided for lounging around the pool or having a relaxing meal outdoors!
