This Landmark 6 Bedroom 6 & ½ bath oceanfront vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood of fine homes in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. The oceanfront lot is ½ acre in size with lush landscaping and private walkway out to the ocean. The beach is private and one of the nicest in Hilton Head.

The magnificent dual entry stairway leads you into the main floor of the house. On this level there is a formal dining room with a table that seats 10, parlor, living room, country kitchen with sitting area for 6, Florida room and master bedroom. Each room is unique and tastefully decorated. The parlor features a TV, sofa and two chairs. The ocean view living room has a flat screen TV,VCR and doors to the screen porch. The screen porch is furnished with comfortable chairs where you can sit and enjoy great ocean views over the magnificently landscaped yard. There are also ocean views from the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath and private balcony. The circular stairwell leads you to the second floor where you will find four more bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and private balconies. At the back of the yard there is a wooden walkway leading out to the ocean. At the end of the walkway, just before you step on the beach, is a private sunning area with hammock and lounge chair.

The home is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Coligny Plaza, which has many fine and/or casual restaurants and several unique shops, is located approximately one mile from the home. There are bike trails leading all the way to Coligny. There is also a small water park (for young children) and miniature golf within biking distance.
