DESCRIPTION
This six bedroom, six and a half bath Charlestonian style vacation home is located in Palmetto Dunes. The second row Hilton Head masterpiece was decorated impeccably down to the last detail.

Features Description

From the grand entrance, you walk up fourteen steps to the first floor veranda with 5 ceiling fans, teak furniture, and slight ocean view. The outside bar area has a small refrigerator, sink, rotisserie Viking grill, and bar stools for two. After dinner relax in the five lounge chairs or take a dip in the heated pool and jacuzzi.* The first floor media room has a large screen TV, DVD, 100 disc CD player, and stereo with tape player. This room, along with the remaining rooms has surround sound. There is a sectional sofa, one oversized chair and two chairs. There is a hidden bedroom off of the media room with bunk beds. The attached bathroom has a glass shower and can also be used as a guest bath. A bar off the media room is fully equipped with all the bar essentials, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee service. The first floor also consists of a king bedroom with flat screen TV and chair. The private bath has a glass shower and walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and chair. There is a glass shower and closet off the bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed with TV and private bathroom with a glass shower and closet. The fifth bedroom is the second master suite and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a glass shower and closet. There is also an elevator. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, granite countertops, warming oven, large island, and breakfast bar for five. A table for ten is located off the kitchen. The kitchen opens to the family room. The master suite has a king bed, TV, chair, and balcony. The private bathroom encompasses a steam room, “rain forest feeling” glass shower and large jacuzzi tub. There is also an enormous walk in closet. Located off the master bedroom is a half bath for guests use.
