This nicely appointed, custom-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home in Hilton Head Island affords both privacy and comfort.

Features Description

The living room has vaulted ceilings, two matching sofas and breakfast table for four. There is also a stereo, matching coffee table and decorative fireplace. The dining room is off the kitchen and across from the living room and has a wooden table with seating for eight looking out to the front of home. The den is located off the kitchen and has a white leather sectional sofa with blue and white striped chair, TV, VCR and DVD player with views of the pool. The newly remodeled and open kitchen has hardwood floors, white cabinets and white GE appliances. There is bar seating for four. Guests can also sit at the breakfast area with seating for four that overlooks the pool. Three steps up from the den lead to a lounging area with a sleeper sofa. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV and windows looking out to the pool. The second bedroom has two twins, TV and VCR. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The spacious Master suite is located on the opposite side of the home. The master has vaulted ceilings, king bed, TV, VCR and DVD player. The master also has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, glass shower, vaulted ceilings and large vanity area with walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a private deck that looks out to the backyard and pool area. The deck and backyard of this home are perfect for every vacationer's needs. There you will find a gas grill and glass table with seating for four. Six steps from there is a large kidney shaped pool. There are four lounge chairs and an outdoor shower as well as two regular sized chairs with beverage cart. This outdoor area is perfect for family get togethers and the kids! DSL is available for guests at no additional charge.
