This wonderful second row vacation home in Sea Pines is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. Comfortably situated near South Beach, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has all the amenities you will need. Guests will enjoy direct beach access from the pool. This second row home is the convenient and comfortable choice for your next trip!

Features Description

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has two twins, a queen, TV, VCR and DVD player. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and pool view. Both bedrooms have a private bath with tub/ shower combo. The third bedroom has four queen bunk beds and a separate kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. There is a TV, VCR and pool view and private bath with shower only. Fourteen steps go up to the second floor where guests will find the master, which has a king bed, TV, VCR and DVD player. There is a private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The living room features two sofas, a chair, decorative fireplace and convenient bar area. There is a door to a deck that has a propane grill, lounge chair and a table for four. This deck is above the pool. The dining room has seating for 8 plus two addional chairs. The den, located off the kitchen, has a TV, DVD, sectional sofa, two chairs and a breakfast table for 4. A slider goes out to another balcony with two lounge chairs, four regular chairs and two tables. There is a slight ocean view. The bright kitchen has an island with a flat stove, GE appliances, and is fully equipped. The lovely deck area is perfect for family get togethers. There is a table, umbrella and four chairs plus another table and two chairs. There are four lounge chairs for sunning and the jacuzzi spills into pool.
