Features DescriptionOn the first floor is a queen bed with a full bath. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining room. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen. Access to the large rear deck is from both the bedroom and living room. The second floor consists of the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The master bedroom with a King-size bed and full private bath has a comfy sitting area with a sofa and desk. The guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed also has a private bath, this room sleeps up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Also on the second floor outside the bedrooms is a relaxing sitting area.
Surrounding DescriptionThe pool is directly across from the villa and there is an easy 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionHilton Head island is a great place to enjoy the beach, golf and tennis. Hilton Head has 14 miles of beautiful beaches, two dozen golf courses (on the island or nearby), hundreds of tennis courts, and about 200 restaurants.
