This cozy condo is the place for a memorable vacation, honeymoon or other activity.
Features DescriptionThis ground floor condo has lots of natural light and looks out over a pond on to the 14th green. The entry way has hard wood floors that lead to a beautifully decorated “sunken” living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, lounge chair, remote TV/VCR. French doors lead to the patio, which has an overhead fan, nice patio furniture and looks on to the golf course. The dining room provides seating for six and has an overhead fan. There is a half bath off the dining area. The spacious kitchen has a hard wood floor, is completely equipped, includes a breakfast bar with stools, and French doors opening to the entrance porch. A fabulous King bedroom set is in the Master along with a remote TV, private bath and French doors leading to the patio.
Surrounding DescriptionSt. Andrews is located near the entrance to Palmetto Dunes Resort and overlooks the Fazio course. Only a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and across the street is Shelter Cove Harbour for extensive shopping and dining. A beautiful pool is a one-minute walk and it conveniently adjoins the bike paths.
