Located right next to downtown Breckenridge, this spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse offers sleeping accommodations for six guests. This rental property is great for a family to use while exploring all that wonderful Breckenridge has to offer.

The great room consists of a large living room that boasts a gas fireplace with glass on three sides facing the dining room and kitchen as well. The living area features leather furniture and nice art work. The dining area is surrounded with windows and offers a table with seating for six. The well equipped kitchen includes a bar with seating, a dishwasher, microwave, and side by side fridge and freezer. There is a half bath on this level along with a huge back porch with views overlooking Baldy Mountain. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a beautiful queen size bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, another seating area, a washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms and the living room offer a flat panel TV.

This townhouse is located in a fantastic complex right next to the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Located on the free town shuttle route, you can take the shuttle or just enjoy the short walk into town. Enjoy the summer evenings on the huge back porch that offers excellent views.
