With two levels, and two separate gathering rooms, this Breckenridge rental home is great for a group getaway. This upscale home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps twelve guests. The home was remodeled during the summer of 2008, and offers many layers of luxury. You will be impressed the minute you walk in. The owners have spared no expense turning this house into a true luxury home.
Features DescriptionUpon entering, you’re greeted by a beautiful slate entryway. Hardwood floors are throughout the rest of the main level living areas. Newer high end furnishings adorn the living room providing ultra-comfortable seating and a warm ambiance. The living room boasts a floor to ceiling river rock gas fireplace and a state of the art entertainment center with 46” LCD TV, Blue ray disc player and IPod docking station. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, a huge island with a breakfast bar and custom alder cabinets. The built in high-end appliances are all gorgeous and highly functional, including a Wolf gas cook top. Off the kitchen is a lovely formal dining room with skylight windows. The master suite on the main level, offers a king size bed. The spa-like bathroom, with heated floor, is equipped with a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and a river rock floor. The separate water closet features an electronically operated bidet with a heated seat. Also on the main floor are two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom and third bedrooms both provide queen beds and share a full bathroom. A fourth bedroom is located downstairs and offers two bunk beds (4 twin beds). There is a third bathroom across from the bunk bedroom with a shower stall and a separate dry sauna room. Lastly, there is a Queen Murphy bed with a pillow top mattress disguised as an armoire in the family room. The family room is on the lower level with comfortable seating, game table, foosball table, TV, Xbox game system and two sliding glass doors that open to the private hot tub and back yard. In the laundry room, there is a newer Fisher & Paykel extra quiet full size washer and dryer. In addition, there is a cool air boot dryer that can accommodate up to six pairs of ski boots. Complimentary WIFI is available.
Surrounding DescriptionThe wrap around spacious deck can be accessed from the living room through French doors. Grill your favorite meat on the gas grill, or just soak up the sun from the deck while relishing the thrill of gazing at the mountains. After a day on the slopes, soak in the private hot tub, just outside the downstairs family room. This home also has one garage stall for guest use.

During the winter visitors enjoy world-class downhill skiing, as well as Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating and other exciting winter activities. Summers in Summit County are just as exciting.
