The living area is spacious and provides a great place to relax and enjoy your friends and family. This room boasts a wood burning fireplace, a TV, and access to the patio. Adjacent to the living area, the dining area offers seating for six around a nice dining table. The fully equipped kitchen provides an excellent place to prepare quick meals.There is a large breakfast bar with additional seating. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with nice bedding. There is also an en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. The second bedroom also features a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The patio is just off the living room and sliding glass doors open to a deck with a gas grill on Ten Mile Creek for your perfect mountain retreat. After skiing, enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, showers and a party room in the Club House. Afterwards, walk to Main Street to hit the great restaurants and shops. A coin-operated laundry facility is located in the Club House for your convenience. There is also a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit outside the Club House for entertainment. Lot parking is available right outside your front door. This condo is just 1/2 block from the Summit Stage shuttle stop.
