This home will be the perfect place to stay on your next trip to beautiful Breckenridge. It is 2600 sq. feet and can sleep up to 10 people. There are so many great things about this home including the private hot tub, pool table and it's excellent location near the free Ski Shuttle stop and just a short walk into town. It has everything you need and more to have the most fun, exciting, relaxing and memorable vacation.
Features DescriptionThere are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and the fourth bedroom is located downstairs in the garden level. The master bedroom is very large with a king sized bed, separate vanity and sitting area with TV. In the master bathroom are his and her double sinks and separate tub and shower. The second and third guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs past the family rec room you will find the fourth bedroom which has two built in bunk beds, ideal for kids. In the lovely living area is a warm and inviting gas fireplace, a TV, and plenty of seating for all of your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious home made meals. Next to the kitchen is a den with desk space. One of the best features of the house is the family rec room, with a pool table, wet bar, LCD TV and movie chairs. There is also a washer and dryer and ski storage for your convenience.
Surrounding DescriptionThis home is a great location for both summer and winter vacations. There is a private hot tub out on the deck where you can spend a romantic evening with your loved one under the stars. You could also have a fun family barbecue out on the deck using the great gas grill provided. If you do decide to go into town, which is only a short walk, you can enjoy some amazing shopping at the outlets, catch a flick at the movie theaters or during the summer months go golfing on the nearby course. You can buy the groceries you need to make your own meals, or try any of the fabulous restaurants in town. You are also just a short drive to many fabulous ski resorts.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionIn the winter you will love spending time exploring the 4 O'clock run, the Nordic Center and the Snowflake lift. In the summer, many great adventures await you in Breckenridge such as hiking, rock climbing, fishing, kayaking and more. Other activities you and your group may enjoy while visiting the area may include going to the Summit County's Bike Path System, Maggie Pond, golfing and more. Spend a day taking some historic tours and learning the history of Breckenridge or visiting the Mountain Top Children's Museum.
